Nelson and Colne College

Nelson and Colne College was established in 1972 following the merger of a number of local sixth forms and today it provides Further Education to Pendle and surrounding districts. The college has over 1,700 full-time and almost 5,000 part-time students. Nelson and Colne College is located just off junction 13 of the M65, at the gateway to the picturesque village of Barrowford.

The college offers GCSEs, A Levels, vocational accreditations (NVQs and National Diplomas) apprenticeships and traineeships. Students can choose from traditional courses such as English or Maths or modern ones, such as Beauty Therapy, Drama or Hairdressing.
