Hugh Baird College is a further education College situated in Bootle, Merseyside in the north west of England. It is the largest provider of education and training in the area and enjoys a student population of roughly 6000. The college's buildings are within close proximity of each other. The main centre is called the Balliol Centre. The Pembroke Centre has more recently been developed in order to specialise in the training of trades. Painting and decorating courses are held at the nearby Merton Centre site.
