Darlington College was founded way back in 1897 and was re-opened in its present building in 2006 by Tony Blair. With a long history, Darlington College has been awarded Beacon status and was graded as "outstanding" in its most recent Ofsted review. The college aims to sit at the centre of the local community, and as such offers a broad range of courses for students from the age of 16, to adults returning to education.
