The Shrubbery Restaurant - The Shrubbery is a popular restaurant offering formal and modern dining during lunchtime and dinner. All the dishes are prepared, served and cooked by students as part of their training under professional supervision. The Shrubbery is open to the public, staff and students during term time.
Fine dining at The Shrubbery - Throughout the year students provide a variety of themed dinners. Visiting chefs come and work with the students to stretch and strengthen their skills.
