Lincoln College

Lincoln College is a predominantly further education college based over three sites, two in Lincolnshire and one in Nottinghamshire, in Lincoln City Centre at Gainsborough and at Newark. It is the largest educational institution in the County, with around 9,000 students of whom over 3,000 are full-time.

Lincoln College offers a broad range of FE courses from As / A2 Levels to BTECs and NVQs. The college also offers higher education courses in a number of areas including Computing Higher National Diplomas in Internet and Computer Science areas. The college also has higher education links with a number of universities including the University of Lincoln and Nottingham Trent University. The automotive technology program at Lincoln College offers students an opportunity to gain hands-on training involving fuel systems, electrical systems, driving diagnostics and transmissions. All instructors are certified through the Automotive Service of Excellence (ASE), and students learn techniques to install, repair and maintain vehicles.

The Library and Learning Centres at Lincoln,Gainsborough and Newark provides a supportive environment for all your study needs, while Sessions Restaurant at Lincoln College offers modern English and international dishes at great value prices and is open to the general public. The restaurant provides an environment to help the students on various levels of catering and hospitality courses. Lincoln and Newark College also has superb sporting facilities that can be used on evenings and weekends by all students. These include a fully equipped fitness suite, sports hall and squash courts.
