Havering College of Further and Higher Education has three campuses in Havering, East London. One campus is based in Ardleigh Green, another in Harold Hill and the third is Rainham Campus Construction Centre. The college has a partnership with Barking and Dagenham College under the name Thames Gateway College. At Havering, they have a large student body, diverse in its range and levels of study, as well as in its personal backgrounds. The college has plenty of facilities to offer its students. There is The Lanes Hair and Beauty Salon, which has recently opened and offers students the opportunity to experience the work place under close supervision from their tutors. The Jubilee Restaurant is open to the public and staffed by students in the kitchens, as well as front of house. It can cater for special in-house events as well as outside events. The Learning Resources Centres (LRC) support teaching and enhance the learning experience of students. Facilities include many study spaces, open access PCs, audio/visual playback, laser printing, scanning and photocopying, as well as stationery and book sales. Stepping Stones Day Nursery is placed within the grounds of Ardleigh Green Campus. It caters for children aged from 3 months to 5 years. Anyone can use the nursery, including staff and students of the college as well as members of the general public.
