At energie Fitness we pride ourselves on being a fun friendly gym and whether you are an experienced or new gym user, our fully air conditioned gym and studio will provide all the cardio, resistance, free weights, functional, boxing and stretch equipment that you require to achieve your goals.  To help you on your journey we have a team of fully qualified personal trainers we also offer a range of gym floor and studio classes at no additional cost.
