Coleg Y Cymoedd

Coleg y Cymoedd was formed in August 2013 after the merger of The College Ystrad Mynach and Coleg Morgannwg. After the merger Coleg y Cymoedd (College of the Valleys) became one of the biggest education providers in Wales, with over 20,000 students currently studying across four sites. The College has campuses in Aberdare, Nantgarw, Rhondda, Rhymney and Ystrad Mynach. 

There is a wide variety of courses on offer at Coleg y Cymoedd, including: Access to Higher Education, AS/A2 Levels, Work Based Apprenticeships, Diplomas, Foundation Degrees, HNCs, BTECs and Foundation Learning courses.
